Welcome to Imagemo, the community of over 1 million registered users sharing high-quality, royalty-free images, videos, music and more! We collectively refer to this as "Content". By accessing and using any of the 1.4 million+ items in our library or contributing your Content, you agree to comply with our Content License.
We want to keep things as simple as possible here at Imagemo. That's why we've created this easy-to-understand summary of key points from our full Content License, available here. Please note that only the full Content License document is legally binding.
What You Can Do With Imagemo Content
Subject to the Prohibited Uses outlined below, our Content License allows all users to:
✓ Use content that's 100% free: Remember, you are free to use the content for personal and commercial use at no charge to you.
✓ Use Content without attribution: Giving credit to creators is always appreciated though!
✓ Modify or adapt Content: You can use Imagemo content to create new online media content such as YouTube videos, social posts, posters, and offline media such as banners, cutouts, wall media, etc.

What You Cannot Do With Imagemo Content
We refer to these as Prohibited Uses, which include:
✕ No selling or distributing unmodified Content: You cannot sell, license or distribute Content on a Standalone basis where it remains substantially unchanged from how it exists on Imagemo.
✕ No using trademarked Content commercially: If Content contains recognizable trademarks, logos or brands, you have no rights to use that Content for any commercial purposes related to goods and services like printing on merchandise.
✕ No illegal or unethical use of Content: You cannot use Content in any immoral, illegal, misleading or deceptive way, especially Content featuring identifiable people.
✕ No using Content as branding elements: You have no rights to use any Content as part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name or service mark.
Imagemo's library is a creative resource, not a source for commercial digital assets. Our policies ensure Content remains freely accessible while respecting creators' rights.
Respecting Third-Party Intellectual Property
Please be aware that specific Content on Imagemo may be subject to additional intellectual property rights beyond the Imagemo Content License. These could include:
